The title of this article is “Learn How To Calm Your Anxiety With 2022‘s Top 11 Best Free Online Mindfulness Courses & Classes”. The operative word being ‘free’. Now, I totally understand how the Skillshare is considered free. Those courses are free with a trial membership. However, 7 out of the 11 (if I counted correctly) do cost. Even your screenshots of them show the cost. How, exactly, are they considered free?
And I do appreciate that you listed a few that are totally free with no strings attached.
